Tucked away in West Philly, Renata’s Kitchen has the kind of neighborhood charm that makes you want to linger a little longer over your meal (sitting outside is a must). Known for its Mediterranean-inspired menu and cozy, bustling vibe, it’s the kind of spot that promises comfort with a dash of adventure. On my recent visit, I found plenty to love. Still, not everything hit the mark, and while the overall experience was enjoyable, a few details kept it from being truly unforgettable.
When most people think of Rittenhouse Square dining, they picture polished bistros, rooftop cocktails, and multi-course dinners. And yes, those have their place but if you're in the know there are two low-key spots that you can’t skip: Vibrant Coffee Roasters and 1-900-Ice-Cream.
There are few better ways to ease into an evening than a relaxed happy hour with friends. White Dog Café in University City absolutely delivered!
If you’re short on time in London but still want to indulge in a classic afternoon tea experience, Bustronome offers a clever twist: tea on wheels. The Bustronome London Afternoon Tea Bus Tour combines two quintessential British experiences—sightseeing and tea. Imagine sipping Vanilla Rooibos and nibbling finger sandwiches while Big Ben, Tower Bridge, and the London Eye glide past your window.
